Hebridean Whale & Dolphin Trust / Battlements Watch & Wildlife Walk

Join us up on the battlements for a morning’s headland watch looking for whales, dolphins and porpoises! As part of the Hebridean Whale Trail, Duart Castle is ideally placed to spend some time scanning the waves searching for signs of these magnificent creatures.
During the afternoon we will take a gentle wildlife walk in the company of HWDT’s Engagement team spotting some of Mull’s flora and fauna, maybe catching a glimpse of an otter along the shore or the white tail of an elusive sea eagle high above us, or simply admiring the tenacity of the birds and plant life that make this headland their home.
